So I really like this video and song, alright?  Why?  Well, I like the video because it’s pretty nicely done, rough clay animation and all, and because it tells such a sad little story that we can all relate to.  Who among us hasn’t had our heads blown off in retaliation for our attempts to befriend others?

And I like the song because it sounds like they’re channeling the Pixies pretty severely and I’m always in the mood for a new Pixies song.

My mega-talented bro David made this FUCKING AMAZING gif/gift for me; super-realistically capturing the moment my cat blasted a flying fart on my head today.

Recently, I carved out some time to do a small edition of prints for my lovely friend Deanna Rooney’s Sweaty/Drippy artshow at Meltdown Comics (which happened this past Friday).  And I gotta say, I am PRETTY STOKED on these.  I had SO MUCH FUN printing up these sexy, melty bros. This is a tri-color (florescent pink, blue and yellow) whopper of a print, silkscreened with transparent inks on velvety, porous, ULTRA-THICK pieces of 16×16 inch letterpress paper.  In the area’s where each color overlaps, they form new colors, giving it the appearance of additional purples, greens and oranges. These will be available for purchase online very soon!  There are only 40, but if the edition has enough interest, I’m thinking about doing an alternate color version for funsies!

I hope you dig ‘em!

To have this kind of connection to and control of your body is astounding.  This vaudevillian, modern mime, break dancing robo-duo are quite possibly the best thing ever.

Brilliant.  Ever since I was a baby (back during my baby phase), through my childy years and to this day, I’ve had a running mental soundtrack for every single move I make.  

I think you officially grow up the day you stop imagining every footfall you make being accompanied by Godzilla sized stomps or every dramatic hand gesture as triggering the wrath of Zeus.

Anyhow, these Robot Boys, if that is their REAL name, are fantastic and I hope they live forever.
